
FACTS
The accused and the victim started talking to each other and spent a lot of time doing it. The victim's father noticed it and asked the girl who replied she wanted to marry him, but her father strongly disagreed. Father took the girl to another place at a relative's house to keep her away from the accused. Vardanraj was already there in a car and she went with him and they lived like a married couple but their marriage was not registered nor legal. The father accused the boy of kidnapping.

JUDGEMENT
There is a distinction between taking and allowing a minor to accompany. The time when the accused came with the car she joined him voluntarily. There wasn't enough material to show the accused taking her away, This falls short of inducement and therefore the accused was found not guilty.
